01Who processes your data

The data controller is Worldwide Wellness Escapes WWE (WWE Travel CY), Theodosi Hadjitheodosiou 6, Nicosia, Cyprus.

02What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form yourself: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, type of enquiry, dates, number of travellers and your message. With each enquiry we also note the language and the page of the website it was sent from.

03Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, that is, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

We do not use your details for marketing messages and we do not sell them to third parties.

04How your enquiry reaches us

The form sends your enquiry through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to our email [email protected]. Web3Forms shows enquiries in its dashboard for a limited time, 30 days on our plan. Our email runs on Google Workspace.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which records technical data about visits, such as the IP address, for security. These services may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

05How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we need to reply and carry out any booking, and for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

06Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies and does not show ads. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website.

07Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to data portability, and to object to processing. Simply write to us at [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
